About this role
What you will be doing
Reporting directly to Senior Manager, Culture and Capability this role will be responsible for:
• Serve as the key contact for all Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) enquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Promoting DEI messaging across the organisation to support inclusive practices and awarenesses.
• Supporting the implementation and integration of the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equality and Accessibility) Framework.
• Provide advice and embed DEI principles across the employee life cycle.
• Support the Senior Manager, Culture and Capability to ensure policy alignment with DEI objectives.
• Lead key DEI regulatory requirements, including Gender Impact Assessments (GIA's), and delivery of actions in the Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP).
What you will bring to the role
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to interpret policies and enterprise provisions reflecting best DEI practices.
• Proven experience developing, delivering and evaluating DEI strategies, programs and practices that align with organisational goals.
• Ability to analyse data and consult across the organisation to identify trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to research and apply contemporary, evidence-based DEI methodologies to drive positive workplace outcomes.
