Business and Application Analyst

About this role

• Full time maximum term position up to November 2026
• Salary range: $98,902 - $123,624 plus super plus salary packaging
• Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model

About the role
In this role you will be responsible for identifying, analysing and documenting business processes and requirements, supporting business areas to understand and promoting a seamless client experience.

The role sits within a small team and will be a crucial member in implementing new business software and applications with a customer focused approach. The role is also responsible for the administration and support of existing business software and applications to cater to business needs.

This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.

About you
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

• Relevant experience in supporting and administering business software and applications (mandatory)
• Strong problem solving and business analysis experience (mandatory)
• Strong understanding and experience of databases and SQL queries (mandatory)
• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent extensive experience (mandatory)
• Experience in supporting and administering with a platform-based application (e.g. Appian) (highly desired)
