Position Details
About the role:
Senior Investigators will work with the Manager, Investigations & Compliance to further develop, prepare and implement the investigation functions of the HCC. They will conduct investigations, review complaints and identify issues, obtain evidence and consider quality improvement recommendations in accordance with the provisions of the Health Complaints Acts 2016 and the Health Records Act 2001.
