About the role
Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) are seeking a Team Manager to lead our digital transformation Change team. In this role you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of five, to deliver change and training activities for digital transformation initiatives as needed across VLA.
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience and Change this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and coordination of change activities for multiple projects. You will also support the Manager, Digital Experience and Change in the development and implementation of change management strategies.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country, however arrangements to work remotely from a regional VLA office can be considered.
About you
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in change management and delivering training (mandatory).
- Strong ability to lead and motivate a team with diverse skills and experience, including being able to coach and further develop (mandatory)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive working relationships, drive engagement and influence culture.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities and deliver results to tight deadlines.
