About the Role
As a true strategic partner, you'll work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational needs, covering everything from workforce planning and performance enablement to culture-building and capability development. You'll also lead recruitment strategies that ensure we have the right talent, provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, and play an active role in enterprise agreement negotiations and organisational change.
Ideal role for a people-focused HR professional who thrives on collaboration, influence, and strategic thinking.
What you'll be doing
- Advise and coach leaders on workforce strategy, performance, and change
- Manage complex ER matters and support a fair, respectful workplace
- Drive culture, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- End-to-end talent acquisition and build future-ready talent pipelines
- Use workforce data and insights to inform decisions
- Support policy development, enterprise agreement application and projects
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
- Solid experience as a HR Business Partner
- Strong employee relations expertise, with knowledge of employment law and enterprise agreements
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, coaching, and influencing skills
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills with proactive, people-first mindset
- Willingness to pitch in and support other areas of HR when needed
