Team Leader, Health and Medical Services

The Team Leader, Health and Medical Services is responsible for leading a small team to deliver medical and health services for the department, to support the health and safety of our employees.

We are looking for someone that:

• is interested in contributing to supporting the health and medical fitness of employees
• has demonstrated experience in delivery of programs, particularly relating to health, safety and wellbeing
• is confident working with a range of stakeholders
• has demonstrated leadership skills and experience
• has strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills and experience in the planning, implementation and management of health and wellbeing programs, policies, strategies, management systems and services is desirable.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in the Emergency Management sector is desirable.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
