About the role
Join our dynamic Health Information Services team at South West Healthcare (SWH)! We have an exciting part-time opportunity for an enthusiastic Health Information Manager or Clinical Coder.
Enjoy a supportive management environment and the chance to work in various areas including clinical coding, case mix analysis, quality audits, and electronic health record development.
Position overview
- Permanent, Part Time - 48 hours per fortnight
- Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Dependent on qualification and/or experience
Health Information Manager Grade 2 - Salary Range $90,235 - $103,724 p.a (pro rata), plus superannuation
Clinical Coder, Administrative Worker Grade 3 - Salary Range: $74,448 - $82,305 p.a (pro rata) plus superannuation

- As a Health Information manager, you will possess sound knowledge of relevant legislation and specialist expertise in health information management.
- As a clinical coder you will have extensive knowledge in clinical coding and auditing, with experience in a range of case mix complexities.
- Excellent organisational, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Appropriate qualifications in Health Information Management or Clinical Coding.
