• Salary $124,888 plus 11.5% superannuation – VPS Grade 5.2
• Based in Ballarat, with hybrid working arrangements

The opportunity  

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our thriving Division. As a Business Revenue Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive and supportive team environment, driving achievement of outstanding team performance results and supporting the delivery of the key branch and strategic objectives.

As a Business Revenue Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team responsible for the delivery of data maintenance, assessment, revenue collection and customer services for one or more legislative acts, rebates or subsidies.
• Developing and supporting individuals to be high performers.
• Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contributing expertise to initiatives focused on enhancing experience for business customers.
• Identifying opportunities and implementing programs to assist customers to voluntarily comply with their taxation obligations.
