Position Details
THE ROLE
As Director, Social Housing Reform, you will be responsible for leading the social housing policy and reform agenda to transform Victoria's housing system to meet the needs of Victorians and promote long term sustainability and growth.
You will work across government, with stakeholders and sector partners to design policy advice for government on the future of the social housing system, including Commonwealth-State relations; key housing reform; and to drive an ambitious person-focused reform agenda that includes developing and implementing policy, program and legislative reform.

- Able to demonstrate experience in leading change to achieve better outcomes?
- Skilled in facilitating and leading relationships, and engaging and influencing stakeholders to deliver complex and transformational strategic policy?
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Lead the development of improvements in Victoria's social housing system, including through advice to Ministers, Homes Victoria's Executive Leadership Team and the Department's senior executive team.
- Drive the organisation's approach to data and insights, generating insight from public housing resident data and linking together housing data with other portfolios in order to inform policy development and implementation.
- Lead policy and legislative objectives in line with the Government's agenda.
