About the role:
The Manager, Performance and Improvement, will hold accountability for the performance, reporting and continuous improvements, oversight of evaluations, governance and compliance support of harm reduction reform priority initiatives. The role will lead and support staff within the team to achieve their potential and deliver responsibilities effectively and requires extensive collaboration and the fostering of productive relationships with a range of stakeholders including potential and current service providers, other departments and program and policy areas within the department.

About you:
- An experienced people leader and manager, with a history of successfully operational and implementation expertise
- Possess outstanding communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Possess sound leadership ,people management and influencing skills, comfortable working in a dynamic environment overssing system reform
- Expertise in service monitoring, reporting, continuous improvement, oversight of evaluations, governance and compliance.
- A strong understanding of the Victorian AOD system, and knowledge of the department and its operating processes and information systems is essential.
