About the role: 

The Senior Systems & Network Administrator will provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancements across the complex Health Technology Services (HTS) ICT hybrid Cloud and on-prem infrastructure. The role works closely with teams internal to HTS as well as client and vendor teams. The Senior Systems & Network Administrator will contribute to developing and maintaining the overall HTS ICT Services infrastructure based largely upon Microsoft, Cisco and Citrix technologies, including networks, servers, storage, virtualisation, security toolsets, telecommunications and identity and access management.

About you:

• A certificate with ITIL version 3 Foundations or greater and a relevant IT qualification would be desirable.
• Experience with hybrid Cloud and on-prem infrastructure technologies (Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Hyper-V/VMware ESXi, M365 suite (Exchange, Active Directory/Entra ID, SCCM/Intune, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services).
• Experience with Citrix technologies including Citrix NetScalers, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Provisioning Services, Storefront and Federated Authentication Services.
• Solid network understanding and experience with Next Gen Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Load Balancers, Proxy.
