Job Description
About the role
South West Healthcare is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendants (PCA) to join our team at Merindah Lodge Aged Care in Camperdown.
In this casual role, you will work under the guidance and supervision of an Enrolled or Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care that meets the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our residents and supports their families and carers.

Based on a progressive “household” model, the new design features smaller, home-like wings of seven bedrooms, each with their own kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces creating a warm, community-oriented environment.
