Salary per hour: $42.41 to $52.20 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing full-time*

Role description

Are you a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse looking for a dynamic role across diverse clinical settings?

Dhelkaya Health is seeking experienced RNs to join our Clinical Resources Unit (CRU) supporting both Castlemaine & Maldon Campuses.

As a CRU nurse, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing flexible, high-quality nursing care across acute and aged care environments. Employed on a contract basis with guaranteed minimum hours, CRU nurses respond to workforce demands and are deployed where needed most—often at short notice.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care in line with RN standards for practice and relevant legislation
• Work independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Delegate appropriately to enrolled nurses, RUSONs, and personal care workers, considering their training and the care context
• Adapt quickly to changing environments and clinical settings

 

About you

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
