Position Title: After Hours Manager – Maldon Hospital   

Classification: ZC4            

Salary per hour:  $62.20 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 48 hours per fortnight

Award: Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 -2028

Dhelkaya Health is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic After-Hours Manager to join our dedicated team at our Maldon Campus.  This pivotal role provides after-hours leadership and oversight of the nursing workforce and hospital operations, ensuring high standards of clinical care and operational excellence.

As the After-Hours Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver safe, holistic, and person-centred care
• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation across all areas
• Providing confident, professional leadership and guidance to clinical staff
• Promoting a culture of safety and quality in alignment with best practice standards
• Applying sound clinical and operational judgment to support effective, efficient care delivery
• Maintaining oversight of patient and staff safety throughout the facility

About you

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated high level nursing experience, knowledge, skill and focus on nursing leadership
