Job Description

The South West Local Health Service Network (SW LHSN) is seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to join the Network team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the network by providing high-quality administrative support to the Director, project leads and Network staff.

Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, preparing documents, and delivering professional secretarial support. Position overview

• Employment Type: Full-time (80 hours per fortnight with a monthly ADO)
• Network funded position until June 2028
• Location: Warrnambool Campus (negotiable)
• Classification: Administration Support Officer Grade 2
• Salary Range: $73,811.92 pro rata, plus superannuation

What you bring

• Minimum Four years' experience in administration support
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work flexibly, independently, and as part of a team in sensitive environments
• Experience coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes
• High level of tact, discretion, and judgment when handling sensitive matters
• Proficiency in office systems and ICT applications with strong attention to detail
