Job Description
- Position: No Lift Coordinator
- Employment Type: Part-time (16 hours per fortnight), On-going position
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: No Lift Coordinator
- Salary: $116,760.80 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role
South West Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated No Lift Coordinator to help shape a safer future for our nursing teams and patients. In this important role, you will coordinate, develop, and deliver education programs that ensure safe manual handling practices are embedded across all clinical services.
You will act as both a leader and educator, driving professional growth, championing best practice, and ensuring our workforce remains confident and competent in safe patient handling. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on staff wellbeing, patient safety, and workplace culture.
What you bring
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Nurse/Midwife
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to South West Healthcare's values and act as a role model
- Hold, or be committed to completing, a Master's qualification in a relevant field
- Have at least five years of relevant post-graduate experience
- Bring proven expertise in clinical excellence, mentoring, and workforce development
