Our team provides vital community-based support, supervision, and case management services for those on Youth Justice Court Orders – whether through the Children's Court, the Koori Court, or the adult criminal courts.

About the Role
We're currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Case Manager to join our Frankston team.
In this role, you'll work directly with young people involved in the justice system – supporting their rehabilitation journey through tailored case management and strong advocacy.
You'll:
- Supervise and guide young people on Youth Justice Court Orders
- Prepare court and parole board reports
- Develop and implement individual case plans to address offending behaviour
- Complete assessments and provide referrals to essential support services
- Attend court and represent the best interests of your clients
- Collaborate with families, service providers, and key stakeholders to create meaningful change

What We're Looking For
You are someone who:
- Believes in second chances and is passionate about supporting young people
- Has a strong understanding of the youth justice system and the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005
- Can develop effective case plans and deliver targeted interventions
- Brings empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine desire to listen and connect
- Is confident in working with diverse stakeholders and navigating complex situations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Highly Desirable: A Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Services Work
- Other Tertiary Qualifications at Diploma level or higher will be considered, if they include case management/casework units and supervised practical placements
- A current driver's licence (you may need to travel across the state, sometimes after hours)
- A current employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) – this must be provided before you start and maintained throughout your employment
