About the Role:
The Employment Programs Advisor provides high level support across two portfolios:
- Employment Programs
- Career Transition/ Redeployment support
This position will provide support across the employment programs including trainee and vendor management.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing advice and working collaboratively with business areas to identify, develop and implement innovative solutions that support departmental strategy across employment program services
- Coordination of end-to-end recruitment of programs including panel scheduling, reference checks, onboarding and generating offer/placement documentation and briefing
- Successful program management and delivery Programs across the portfolio, including regular reviews and assessment of the programs impacts, program reporting and data collation and representation of the department at Whole of Victorian Government Forums.

About You:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Proven experience managing a diverse and geographically spread stakeholder group to deliver consistent and high-quality service
- Experience in developing and/or coordinating employment programs is preferable
- Experience in supporting career transition/ redeployment is preferable.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
