Salary per hour:  $51.95 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract full-time OR part-time until 30/11/2027

Role description

Dhelkaya Health has an exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to lead the implementation of our newly developed Impact Measurement Framework (IMF) across the Community Services & Wellbeing Directorate. This framework will enable us to measure, understand, and improve the impact we have in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Support staff across in-scope services to implement outcome measures in line with the IMF implementation plan.
• Collaborate with our external provider to develop a data dashboard for monitoring and reporting.
• Apply learnings throughout the implementation process to refine the measurement approach.
• Assess the framework's application beyond initial consumer cohorts and explore broader organisational integration.

About you

• Strong project management skills with experience in implementing frameworks or systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of community health or wellbeing services is desirable.
