About this role
About the role:
The Specialist Program Lead plays a pivotal role in supporting and advancing the delivery of a complex program of interdepartmental digital reform for Victorian parents involving six government departments, coordinated through three integrated governance groups.
The Specialist Program Lead will provide authoritative Maternal and Child Health (MCH) program advice, technical oversight and systems expertise to lead the design and delivery of high-profile MCH digital reforms within required timelines including the digitisation of the My Health, Learning and Development book (the Green Book).

Working closely with the eHealth Division, the Specialist Program Lead will act as the “voice” of the MCH program and ensure the MCH requirements and broader interdepartmental reform program are delivered from a MCH policy and operational perspective, with the enablement of a fit for purpose technology solution by eHealth.
