Position Details
THE ROLE
Identify and evaluate options to optimise Homes Victoria financial sustainability and maintain and grow housing stock. Develop budget strategies through research, analysis and consultation across Homes Victoria to underpin business cases. Victorian State Government Assist in the preparation of Victorian State Government business cases, and research, analysis and evaluation to underpin business cases.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Establish, operate and improve the governance and processes to support Homes Victoria's participation in the Victorian State Government process.
- Assist in the co-ordination of Victorian Budget business case development, including providing capability development and support.
- Prepare Victorian State Government business cases including: developing the strategic justification for proposed investments; exploring and evaluating funding options to support initiatives; recommending preferred investment solutions based on analysis; and outlining a delivery plan for implementing investments.
