Ngootyoong PARC offers recovery-oriented treatment for those at risk of or experiencing serious mental illness. We provide short-term (up to 28 days) and medium-term (up to 6 months) intensive treatment options designed to strengthen biological, psychological, and social well-being. Plus, our two-week day program offers additional support.

Position Overview

• Permanent Part-Time and Full-time positions available
• If applying for a part-time position, please specify your preferred hours in your cover letter. Classification: Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Grade 4
• Salary Range: $110,801 - $119,324, pro rata, plus superannuation

What you bring

We are looking for a motivated Registered Psychiatric Nurse with:

• Post graduate qualification in psychiatric nursing.
• Demonstrated skills in delivering psychiatric and recovery-oriented care.
• Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and community settings.
• A strong commitment to supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and their families.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
