Step into a dynamic environment where your clinical expertise will shine. At Ngootyoong PARC, you'll assess, deliver, and manage evidence-based treatments for consumers with complex mental health needs. Your work will extend to supporting their families and carers, all within a home-like setting.
Enjoy the flexibility and variety of a rotating 7-day week roster, giving you the opportunity to balance work with your lifestyle, including morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
Ngootyoong PARC offers recovery-oriented treatment for those at risk of or experiencing serious mental illness. We provide short-term (up to 28 days) and medium-term (up to 6 months) intensive treatment options designed to strengthen biological, psychological, and social well-being. Plus, our two-week day program offers additional support.
Position Overview
- Permanent Part-Time and Full-time positions available
- If applying for a part-time position, please specify your preferred hours in your cover letter. Classification: Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Grade 4
- Salary Range: $110,801 - $119,324, pro rata, plus superannuation

We are looking for a motivated Registered Psychiatric Nurse with:
- Post graduate qualification in psychiatric nursing.
- Demonstrated skills in delivering psychiatric and recovery-oriented care.
- Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and community settings.
- A strong commitment to supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and their families.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
