Position Details
THE ROLE
The Analyst will work within the Insights team to analyse and understand administrative data, supporting the Department's objective of building a fairer and safer Victoria. This includes helping DFFH program areas to develop business cases under the Early Intervention Investment Framework (EIIF), Treasury reporting tasks, and other analytics projects.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Develop reports, briefings, basic descriptive insights, and other information products from administrative and financial data.
- Assist other members of the Insights team to develop business cases based on strong quantitative evidence, in support of DFFH program areas' funding bids.
- Work closely and productively with others to ensure work is coordinated, delivered within scope, on time and within budget and considers the short and long-term objectives of the unit.
