Job Description
Position: Administrative Support Officer - Camperdown Hospital
- Employment Type: Part Time, Ongoing

- 24 hours per fortnight: Monday Tuesday and Wednesday
- 16 hours per fortnight: Monday and Tuesday
- Location: Camperdown Hospital
- Classification: Administrative Grade 1
- Salary Range: $58,442.80 to $64,610.00 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role
Looking for a part-time admin role where you can make a real difference? Camperdown Hospital is looking for friendly, organised people to join our team as Administrative Support Officers. You will be helping keep the hospital running smoothly while supporting staff, patients, and the wider community.
In this role, no two days are the same! You will help with scheduling, data entry, financial tasks, correspondence, and general office support. If you love staying organised, enjoy working in a team, and like a variety of tasks to keep you busy, this could be the perfect fit.
What you bring
- Previous experience in admin or office support
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time well
- Flexible, adaptable, and happy to pitch in wherever needed
