Employee Engagement Manager
Location: Hybrid – minimum 2 days in the office (Southbank)

We're seeking an Employee Engagement (EE) Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our engagement and culture strategy. This is a senior, specialist role with significant autonomy and influence, driving initiatives that foster inclusion, strengthen employee experience, and build a connected, high-performing workforce.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide employee engagement and culture strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
- Design and deliver programs that enhance organisational culture, inclusion, and belonging.
- Lead initiatives that amplify employee voice, recognition, and wellbeing.
- Operate with autonomy to innovate and improve engagement processes within policy frameworks.
- Provide expert advice and influence stakeholders on complex issues to shape organisational decisions.
- Monitor and develop team capability, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide engagement strategies.
- Expertise in culture development, recognition programs, and inclusion practices.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Data-driven approach to evaluating engagement initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior employee engagement and culture-focused role.
- Experience with engagement surveys, analytics, and digital platforms.
