About the Role:
The Business Support Coordinator provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the Licensing and Registration business unit. This role ensures the smooth operation of administrative processes, supports team performance, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The coordinator oversees workflow, maintains accurate records, supports stakeholder communication, and ensures compliance with operational and legislative requirements
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level, confidential administrative support to senior leaders, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and stakeholder queries.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate databases and document management systems, ensuring compliance with operational and legislative requirements.
- Strong skills in generating reports and conducting analysis on application volumes, turnaround times, and other performance metrics
- Ability to provide effective project support, including sourcing information, preparing documentation, and reporting on milestones and deliverables.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy under pressure, and deliver timely outcomes.
