Held annually in October, Melbourne International Games Week (MIGW) is the largest digital games celebration in the Asia-Pacific, featuring conferences, events and activities for the games industry, educators, games enthusiasts and the general public. In 2026 and 2027, MIGW will be delivered by ACMI.
About the role
Join ACMI as our new MIGW Coordinator to provide support for the planning and implementation of MIGW. The role includes administration, coordination, building and managing stakeholder relationships including government, tertiary and industry collaborators. This is a new full-time fixed term role until 30 November 2027, reporting to the Head of MIGW.
What you'll bring to the role
- Experience providing administrative and operational support to a team within a major events or festivals context.
- Your collaboration and communication skills including an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Track record of developing systems, procedures and data management.
- Ability to prepare reports and correspondence.
- Experience managing multiple deliverables and changing priorities via priority setting, negotiation skills and the adapting to business needs.

- Full-time fixed term role until 30 November 2027. Grade 3.1 role with a starting salary of $79,122 plus super.
