Salary per hour:  $31.65 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 48 hours per fortnight

Role description

Dhelkaya Health is seeking an enthusiastic, empathetic, patient and creative individual to join our dedicated Wellbeing Team. If you're passionate about improving the lives of older people and enjoy bringing joy, connection and purpose into someone's day, we'd love to hear from you.

In this rewarding position, you will work collaboratively with residents, families, clinical staff and fellow Wellbeing team members to create meaningful, person‑centred experiences. You'll support residents already living in our aged care homes, as well as people transitioning into care—ensuring their emotional, social and spiritual needs are met at every stage.

This role offers flexible rostering across our Castlemaine and Maldon campuses and an environment that actively promotes work–life balance.
