About the role
South West Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our growing team. We offer flexibility with both full-time and part-time positions available, allowing you to tailor your work-life balance while contributing meaningfully to our community.
In this role, you will work within our 6-bed Intensive Care/High Dependency Unit, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population, ranging from paediatrics to the elderly. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative multidisciplinary team, committed to clinical excellence and patient-centred care.
What you bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Post-graduate critical care qualifications or relevant clinical experience in a Critical Care environment
- Desire to learn and develop further expertise in critical care
- Strong clinical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
