- Salary Range: $57,002 - $65,754 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) Camperdown Leura Aged Care is seeking an experienced Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant for a permanent part time position. This position is responsible for delivery of the leisure and lifestyle program designed to enhance quality of life for all our residents by supporting their physical, psychological, social, spiritual and emotional needs. If you have a passion for working in the community and making a positive impact on the resident's quality of life, then this is the perfect job for you!
What you bring
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining professional confidentiality and remaining customer focused at all times.
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or willing to undertake
- Demonstrated experience delivering a range of leisure and lifestyle activities
- Ability to adapt and respond to consumer needs
- Demonstrated competence in delivering services that ensures residents are safe
- Ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response
