- Salary Range: $116,911.60 - $120,848.00 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role
South West Healthcare's Emergency Department is looking for a dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our team. If you're an experienced Registered Nurse seeking your next challenge, this is the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career.
As the ANUM, you will oversee clinical standards, deliver exceptional patient care, and ensure smooth service delivery while managing a skilled team. Additionally, you will step in as the Nurse Unit Manager when required, taking on key leadership responsibilities.
What you bring
- A minimum of five years post graduate nursing experience, with demonstrated excellent clinical assessment skills
- Demonstrated strong clinical, safety and professional standards within the Emergency environment, including patient centred care
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development of self and others
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally, electronically and in writing
- Demonstrated decision making ability, a role model, problem solving and supervising staff
- Relevant postgraduate/tertiary qualification
