About the role:
As a trusted adviser, you'll navigate the complexities of recruiting for a diverse range of roles—each with its own challenges and impact. Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, the Talent Business Partner will work with hiring managers across the department to understand their recruitment needs.
With a hybrid working model, you'll combine flexibility with meaningful on-site engagement, including travel to prisons, youth justice precincts, and community centres, building strong relationships and gaining firsthand insight into the environments you're hiring for.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across diverse portfolios.
- Provide expert advice on policies, best practices, and legislative requirements.
- Champion candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in delivering end to end recruitment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build authentic relationships.
- A passion for innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
