Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

The County Court of Victoria is established pursuant to the County Court Act 1958. It has original and appellate jurisdiction and is the principal trial court in the State of Victoria. The Court hears over 12,000 criminal, common law, and commercial cases each year. The County Court has unlimited monetary jurisdiction in common law and commercial matters. In its criminal jurisdiction, the Court hears all indictable offences except treason, murder, and related offences.
There are a total of 80 Judges of the Court and over 300 staff, including judicial support staff. The County Court regularly conducts circuit sittings at 12 circuit courts situated in major centres throughout regional Victoria.

About the Role
The Drug and Alcohol Treatment Court (DATC) at the County Court of Victoria is seeking an experienced people leader and program manager to backfill the Clinical Services Manager role during a period of leave from Monday 13 April to Tuesday 19 May 2026, inclusive.
The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for clinical oversight, risk and quality management of the DATC. This role manages the daily operations of the program alongside the Court and Case Management Services Manager. The CSM provides support, coaching and advice to front line staff, including 6 direct reports (clinicians and counsellors).
The CSM is responsible for leadership and development of a team of Clinical Advisors and AOD Counsellors. The CSM will oversee the high-quality delivery of evidence informed interventions and programs to support positive outcomes for participants and the DATC program.
The role is responsible for leading clinical governance, driving continuous improvement, overseeing clinical assessment and treatment, and risk management. The CSM will work closely with the Court and Case Management Services Manager and the Senior Manager to deliver the DATC in an effective and efficient manner, in line with evidence based best practice.

About You
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- an understanding of Drug Court programs and/or therapeutic jurisprudence
- sound knowledge of evidence-informed practice models and frameworks for working with multiple and complex needs
- experience in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and case management in the drug treatment area
Qualifications
A tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, law, health, business, or related field and/or significant twork experience in a similar field is desired.
