- Commencing on the 25 May 2026 until 23 April 2027
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Dietitian Grade 2
- Salary Range: $94,478.80 - $106,906.80 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role
South West Healthcare is seeking a skilled and passionate Dietitian to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nutrition care across acute, community, and mental health settings, including the Prevention and Recovery Centre (PARC). This role offers the opportunity to lead and advocate for nutrition services, contribute to community education, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the impact and integration of dietetic care.
What you bring
Previous experience in a Dietitian Grade 2 role is preferred, or a minimum of four years' experience in Dietetics.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and continued learning.
- Experience working with mental health service providers or consumers is desirable.
- Experience in developing and delivering group education programs.
- Demonstrated broad clinical skills and sound clinical reasoning.
- Proven leadership capability, including the ability to mentor and support others.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and key stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Adaptability in tailoring nutrition information for diverse client groups.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence, with regional travel required as part of the role.
