Position overview
- Employment Type: Permanent Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly ADO
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Administrative Worker Grade 3
- Salary Range: $74,448 - $82,305 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a Learning Capability Coordinator to support the delivery of workforce education and development initiatives across the organisation.
In this role, you will coordinate the day to day administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), assist with developing and maintaining learning content, and support vocational education programs.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will help ensure learning activities are accessible, well organised, and aligned to workforce needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to enable effective learning and development across a large organisation.

Key skills and experience
- Experience using and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar platform
- Strong digital skills, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well developed organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Experience supporting or coordinating training, education programs, or professional development activities
- Ability to identify and source learning opportunities that align with workforce needs
- A team focused approach and commitment to supporting a positive learning culture
Qualifications
- Diploma qualification in education, human resources, organisational development, information technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards)
