Position overview
- Employment Type: Permanent - Full time (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly accrued day off
Part time positions may be considered, please indicate your preferred hours in your application
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Registered Nurse Grade 2
- Salary Range: $84,058.00 - $104,379.60 per annum (pro rata), + superannuation and applicable penalties

South West Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 26-bed Rehabilitation Unit, supporting patients as they regain independence and work towards returning home. In this role, you will:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in a subacute setting
- Work closely with allied health and medical teams to support rehabilitation goals
- Build strong, supportive relationships with patients and their families
- Contribute to a team environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement
What you will bring
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Recent experience in subacute, rehabilitation, or acute care
- A genuine interest in rehabilitation and patient recovery journeys
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- A team-focused approach and commitment to ongoing professional development
