Salary per hour: $59.16 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract Full-time OR Fixed Term Contract Part-time positions available until September 2027

Role description
Dhelkaya Health Maldon Campus are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to provide strong clinical leadership and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within our unit.
As an ANUM, you will work as the clinical leader and coordinator of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based care for clients and their significant others. This role is pivotal in supporting staff, maintaining clinical standards, and contributing to the day-to-day management of the unit in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager.
About you
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent. Post graduate qualification where a specialty area requires this to fulfil the full duties of the position.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and leadership capability
- Ability to practise within scope and provide effective supervision and direction to others
- Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to person-centred care and professional nursing practice
- Previous leadership or ANUM experience (desirable)
