Position Details
THE ROLE
The Business Support Officer will have responsibility for the provision of high-level administrative support to the Housing Coordination Services Team. The role will provide a range of support functions, including triage of inboxes, preparation of documents for advertisement preparation and publishing, data management and collation for monitoring, analysis and reporting.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Provide a wide range of Assistant support functions to the Housing Coordination Services Team, including, but not limited to, data management and collation for monitoring and fortnightly/monthly/quarterly report preparation, advertisement preparation support, management of mailing lists and meeting support/minute taking.
- Maintain information and records using departmental administrative and business support systems following procedures for electronic filing, tracking, and actioning of correspondence and other business functions.
- Support team to maintain excel spreadsheet and respond to data analysis and reporting requests.

This is an NDIS Risk Assessed Role / This is a Key Personnel Role.
Staff appointed to this role at the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing may not commence in role until they have an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and have provided this detail for recording.
