Salary per hour: $27.07 + Casual Loading + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Role description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food and Domestic Services Assistant to support the efficient operation of our health service. This role contributes to both food services and domestic services, ensuring high standards of nutrition delivery, cleanliness, and infection control across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Food Services
- Support the Cook with food preparation and meal service
- Deliver and collect meals for patients and residents
- Assist with Meals on Wheels delivery and collection
- Support catering for functions, meetings, and special events
- Wash and clean dishes, utensils, and food service equipment
- Comply with food safety and hygiene standards
Domestic Services
- Clean and maintain clinical and non‑clinical areas of the health service
- Ensure all areas meet required infection control and hygiene standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors
General Duties
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Support Services Team Leader
- Comply with organisational policies, procedures, and workplace safety requirements
About you
- Food Handlers Certificate Level 1
- Good Communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Able to work well in a team environement
