- Salary range: $58,442.80 - $64,610.00 (pro rata) plus superannuation
About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administrative Support Officer to join our Access and Intake team. If you are someone who enjoys connecting with people, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting community access to vital health services, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Based at the Warrnambool Community Health Centre, you will be a key part of ensuring clients receive timely and coordinated care. Your days will be varied and rewarding - welcoming clients at reception, processing and triaging referrals, scheduling appointments, and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to keep things running smoothly.
What you bring
- Demonstrated experience in reception and administrative roles, with strong organisational and time management skills
- Warm, professional communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidence navigating digital systems
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, client-focused environment
- Relevant office administration qualifications, or a willingness to undertake further study
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with data sets and TrakCare (an advantage)
