The team is passionate about improving care and strongly values the contribution of lived experience as an equal and essential part of service delivery.
In this role, you will be supported to use your voice and experience in a meaningful way, working alongside clinicians and peers who are committed to collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement in how care is delivered to older people and their families.

- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with carers, clinicians, and a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, respectful, and inclusive approach
