- Salary Range: $95,465.76 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role
Join South West Healthcare's Digital Health & Technology team and help keep our people, patients, and sites safe through reliable, modern security systems.
This hands on technical role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of critical security infrastructure across all SWH campuses, including access control, CCTV, duress, and alarm systems. You will play a key role in ensuring systems are secure, compliant, and operating effectively to support safe healthcare delivery.

Working closely with internal teams and external contractors, you will help maintain and improve the organisation's security environment through proactive maintenance, responsive fault finding, and ongoing system improvements.
In this role you will:
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot access control, CCTV, duress and alarm systems
- Manage access credentials, audits and user permissions
- Support system upgrades, installations and technology integration projects
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs and compliance records
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff across sites
- Work collaboratively across facilities, IT, security and vendors
What you bring
- Security Registration Licence (installation and advisory)
- Experience in electronic security, access control or related systems
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, duress and alarm system hardware/software
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and customer service capability
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Current driver's licence
