Salary per hour: $56.64 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Role description

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality nursing care in the community? Join our dedicated team providing District Nursing (DNS) and Community Palliative Care Services to clients across the region.

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver expert nursing care to allocated clients in their homes.
• Advocate for clients and support their health goals.
• Provide health education and promote wellbeing.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Work within programs that operate extended hours, 7 days per week.

 

About you

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in community or palliative care (preferred).
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to person-centred care.
