- Salary range: $143,076 - $166,922 plus super
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging, flexible hybrid work arrangement
About the role
The Program Manager will lead day-to-day delivery of a complex, multi-year transformation program, driving effective prioritisation and sequencing of work to ensure outcomes are being achieved. This includes: establishing and embedding appropriate program and project management methodologies for the work being done, including traditional and agile ways of working and ensuring adequate governance and assurances are applied through each phase of the program. This is an extensive and important business led reform that requires the management of business and technology changes.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management techniques, tools and methodologies, covering all phases of the project life cycle including traditional and Agile ways of working
- Demonstrated experience in navigating the ambiguity of project establishment, including the building of project teams and establishing team culture.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering business transformation programs that include extensive organisational change, process simplification, technology implementation and customer experience.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that may arise as part of business analysis, systems architecture and design, business process modelling, data migration and client experience during the lifecycle of a project.
