THE ROLE
The Information Sharing Team (IST) is responsible for a number of information sharing functions including assessing and responding to requests for Child Protection information made under the Child Information Sharing Scheme (CISS) and Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS). The team provides specialist operational advice on relevant policy, practice, and agreements in relation to information sharing across the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (the department) and with external stakeholders.
