Salary per hour: $42.61 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 64 hours per fortnight

Role description

Dhelkaya Health is now accepting applications for our 2027 Registered Nurse Graduate Program.
This structured 12-month program includes three rotations across different departments within our health service, with the option of an ongoing contract within our organisation upon completion of the program.

The program is designed to support graduate nurses in building and refining the clinical skills acquired during their Bachelor of Nursing studies. Its core aim is to promote the delivery of safe, competent, evidence-based, and person-centred care across a variety of clinical settings, as you transition into your role as a Registered Nurse.

• Registration with AHPRA
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
• Ability to accept direction and accept suggestions for change to practice as a beginner practitioner
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Motivated & open to learning opportunities

 

Application Process:

• All applicants must be eligible and registered to participate in the PMCV Allocation and Placement Service (listing Dhelkaya Health as one of your preferred hospitals).
• Applicants must have completed all clinical placements and be eligible for registration with AHPRA by the commencement of the program. The Graduate Program will have a single start date with all 9 Graduates starting on Monday 25^th of January 2027.
• All applications must include:
  • A current CV (including passport-sized photograph to match with video interview)
  • A copy of your academic transcript to-date
  • Two clinical appraisals from placements. Please include a copy of the graded appraisal and signed pages only.
  • Referee checks x 2 completed as part of the PMCV GNMP application process

Participation in the PMCV video interview between 6^th and 9^th July 2026

 

Your application receipt will be acknowledged and an email sent when the ranking process has been completed. Interviews outside of the SONRU process are not planned, however we will contact you directly if we need further information to support the recruitment process.
