Salary per hour: $29.57 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 40 hours per fortnight

Role description
Dhelkaya Health is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Learning and Development (L&D) Administration Assistant to support our Learning and Development, Quality, and BKI teams.
This pivotal role contributes to the smooth delivery of education and training across the organisation and plays a key part in supporting a positive and effective learning environment.
As the L&D Administration Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative support and be a key point of contact for staff, students, education stakeholders, and external health services. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure learning activities run efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development, Quality, and BKI teams
- Coordinate education and training activities, meetings, and documentation
- Liaise with staff, students, education providers, and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and learning resources
- Support quality and compliance activities as required
