Position Details
THE ROLE
The Central Information Point (CIP) Manager is responsible for the effective operation of the CIP. They lead a multiagency team from the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, Victoria Police, Court Services Victoria and Corrections Victoria to deliver central information point reports to The Orange Door Network, Risk and Management Panels, Men's Referral Service and Safe Steps.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Identify and respond to new and emerging strategic issues impacting on the operating environment.
- Manage a team of CIP Coordinators and support staff in a dynamic and sensitive environment.
- Provides and receives highly complex, contentious or sensitive information where high levels of negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
