About the business unit:
Civil and Enforcement Services (CES) is a business unit within the Department of Justice and Community Safety's Justice Services and Regulation division. CES is responsible for the collection and enforcement of fines and civil debt judgements in Victoria.
Digital shapes how Fines Victoria connects with the community, delivering secure, accessible and user-centred online services. The team works closely with business units to design and implement digital solutions that improve user experience, support business objectives, and enable data-driven decision making. By providing direction on and managing platform operations, content, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives, Digital ensures digital platforms are best practice, reliable, and compliant, while driving innovation to meet evolving business and community needs.
About this role:
- The Senior Digital Advisor provides direction on the use of digital tools and is responsible for managing high-quality, compelling content and user experiences across digital platforms.
- Strong experience in managing business-as-usual operations for digital products, including website content management (e.g. Sitecore), web analytics monitoring and reporting (Google Analytics), and other ongoing activities that ensure digital services remain accurate, compliant, and user-friendly.
- Strong understanding of all technology supporting the delivery of websites and ability to elicit and articulate technical requirements.
- Provide authoritative advice for website improvements aligned with Digital best practice, including gathering intelligence from analytics, user journeys, feedback and the eliciting of the root cause and objectives from business teams
