What you will do
As justice officer, you will provide reception, administration and client support services at the Wangaratta Justice Service Centre.
You will help staff, clients and members of the public while keeping services running smoothly.
You will:
- provide accurate administration support and client services
- assist people with enquiries, applications and department services
- deliver professional reception services and manage phone calls
- complete reliable financial tasks, including payments, banking and purchase orders
- maintain accurate records, coordinate mail and support events, meetings and travel arrangements.
About you
Experience in an administration role would be an advantage. Experience managing reception duties will also help you succeed in this role.
You should also have:
- strong computer skills
- the ability to provide helpful service to clients and the public
- a respectful approach when working with people from diverse backgrounds
- the ability to solve problems, learn new skills and work well with others.
